Fulfillment Policies

Below are the official fulfillment policies for Chase Jarvis Inc., including returns, refunds, cancellations, and delivery terms for all our products and services. Please review these policies carefully before making a purchase.

Coaching Services

Returns and Refunds:

All coaching service payments are non-refundable. Due to the personalized nature of the program and the commitment required from both parties, we do not offer refunds once payment has been made. Results from coaching depend on your participation and effort, and there is no guarantee of specific outcomes.

Cancellations:

You may cancel or reschedule a coaching session with at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, except in emergencies, will be forfeited and not rescheduled. If necessary, changes to the overall program schedule must be mutually agreed upon between you and Chase Jarvis.

Delivery:

The coaching program consists of eight (8) weekly, one-hour sessions delivered via Zoom or a similar online platform. The program will begin at a mutually agreed-upon time between you and Chase Jarvis and continue for eight consecutive weeks. Additional support between sessions is available via messaging as agreed.

Books and Related Bonuses

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations:

We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations for books or other physical items. This is because our orders are fulfilled by third-party retailers who do not allow returns for items that are limited in quantity or time-sensitive.

If you purchased directly from a retailer and are only seeking fulfillment for bonuses from us, please contact the retailer where you made the purchase for any return, refund, or cancellation requests.

Delivery:

For physical items (e.g., books), delivery times are subject to the policies of the retailer from whom you made your purchase. Delivery may take days or weeks, depending on stock and availability. CJ Inc. does not have access to retailer inventory information and, therefore, cannot be responsible for delivery timelines.
