Some Friday fun to inspire your weekend: Reinvent the mundane.
Im always impressed with how street artists can transform mundane objects into a fertile canvas. Visually rearranging everyday spaces that seem to serve a single function (like a crosswalk or drain), and remixing with an ingenuity that knocks function on its ass. This reinvention of a seemingly innocuous wall, either in a highly economical manner or with painstaking precision and effort, tilts our perspective. Surprise and delight indeed. Click through the above tabs to see some brilliant examples of what these talented artists can do.

Awfully illuminating thanks, I do think your current visitors may perhaps want a whole lot more content such as this continue the great effort.
Great Imagination and adaptation, brings freshness to the mundane day to day sights.
I had this huge smile on my face with every photo that I saw, Thanks for writing about it because it can be a source of inspiration.
I love the unexpected Spiderman drawing and the logs with the colored pencils drawing. They were unexpected and a great display of creativity. I would not have thought of doing what those artists have done. If our city would have these kinds of street arts, it would be more fun to do some strolling.
Awesome images 🙂 Thanks for sharing!!
