The joke is that here in Germany, we can’t see the video because “it may contain music for which GEMA (German Performing Rights watchdog) has not granted the respective music rights. *may* contain, not does contain!! YouTube in Germany really is a complete fricking joke. This happens all the time.
Quick follow up: I Googled “Spike The Robotic Phantom Camera” and found what I assume to be the same video on Vimeo where it ISN’T blocked. Go figure!
