Transform your business with Secrets from Silicon Valley.
This event is more than a year in the works, thousands of hours of work from some very talented people, and more than a few sleepless nights on my own part. We are opening our San Francisco based creativeLIVE studio TOMORROW and the very first broadcast is one you don’t want to miss. I’ll be hosting and it’s going to deliver a punch of insider, unprecedented information from some of the world’s smartest people.

This broadcast offers you direct access to the pioneering minds behind this powerful community. Do you want to learn from LinkedIn’s founder Reid Hoffman and ask about his secrets to success? Tim Ferriss? Guy Kawasaki? Chris Guillebeau? You’ll hear from them and many more. I know I’ve learned a thing or two from these people I call friends, but knowing what I know about how valuable their secrets have been, I would have given a limb to be able to ask them questions years ago.
If you win the contest below, you can attend in person, but even if you don’t win, you can still get the entire knowledge base by >>> RSVP’ing right here under ‘sign up’ <<<< and then tuning in live. I want to join you at Secrets of Silicon Valley because my excuses to delay learning how to network end now. I am working on an aerial photo/mapping project of Virunga National Park in D.R. Congo and need to get this idea out there. I was fortunate enough to implement it successfully just two months ago, a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I believe this project can be put to use in many areas of the world where limited infrastructure makes working from the ground all but impossible. But all my hard work on the “scientific” end of this goes for naught when I do nothing to get the word out about the work I’m doing. I believe that this opportunity would change this. A lot. But I need to get out there and network. This is the opportunity I have been looking for.
I want to attend to meet the most creative minds. I admit I’m not in a terrible place, I overcame teenage obesity and an abusive household growing up but life’s alright. I work in the digital marketing field and could not pass up a chance to meet the most forward thinking people in business today. 8:59 ET…shit
So I can pretend to be ‘Kevin Rose’ in a real life episode of the Random Show with you.
I’ll provide 2 reasons:
1. The 1st time we met in Toronto you said “You owe me big time”
2. I’ll bring ResQwater for when we have beers 🙂

Hi Chase,
My name is Jon Gibb, Im a 23 year old artist and photographer now living in the Bay Area.
Im originally from Kauai and have been an artist as long as I can remember.
I went through my life as a young creative having to go against the grain of what my parents, school, teachers and other “reputable” people thought was best for me.
My best art excelled in my english classes, while my worst in my art classes when the teacher would make us draw and shade still lives.
All this changed when I entered college (community) on Kauai and had gotten a DSLR for my birthday to take higher quality pictures of my art.
I took an ultra grainey picture of a waterfall at about 1/30th of a second on November 29th 2010 and saw something I loved instantly.
January 18th of 2010 I was on a 2400 mile plane ride to California, found a place and started at the School Of Photography at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa.
3 semesters later, using all the gear I never had access to before I quit school and quit my job as a valet to be a creative as a living. That was on november 28th 2012.
Im here today on the Bay Area, working as a freelance Photographer, Film maker and Artist in the pursuit of my dream to realize my potential for myself, my friends, my family, and anyone I can help along the way.
I’ve been so intrigued lately by the opportunity to help others around me through my creativity and that is my goal, to be the best I can be and help as many people as I can along the way by either motivating others to help and make change or help directly to those in need.
My story is short compared to who and what I want to help others with in this world, I write this because I’ve learnt more about myself and my creative work through your show’s and the people you interview then I ever did from any teacher.
I want to attend your show on friday and saturday to learn more then I ever have in a 2 day period to then spread the word and help change this world for the better through art!!
Many thanks for what you have taught me already Chase to you and your team, I look forward to the day we meet!
Sincerely,
Jon R. Gibb III
PS This was the short version of how and why I would like to attend! (only had about 8 mins to post!)
Here it is clean and simple!
I want to attend this meeting because
1. I will learn how to be a better creative through being able to ask questions to the top minds of the problems and opportunities my generation and what we as a people have in this world at this time!
– The ability to share anything to almost anyone has the potential to save and help so many people, I want to be the best I can be at this to make a difference!
– The value of an idea and not age, and how to best use this!
– The potential of change through an idea!
– What sharing can do to help people of every continent!
2. I will be able to get advice and ask questions that many young artists and creatives have in todays world that would greatly help the pursuit of they’re dream!
3. The fact that I support the pursuit of knowledge by any means! Teach yourself what others refuse to teach you and that most importantly
KNOWLEDGE SHOULD BE SHARED NO MATTER WHAT YOUR INCOME OR SITUATION! I want to share this with as many people as I can because as the saying still stands as true as ever, knowledge is power.
Im as enthusiastic as I can humanly be to attend this meeting Chase, if I don’t get to speak and ask questions about life as a creative and philosophy this week it will be someday soon!!!
Many thanks and cheers to you and your team!
-Jon R. Gibb
