This event is more than a year in the works, thousands of hours of work from some very talented people, and more than a few sleepless nights on my own part. We are opening our San Francisco based creativeLIVE studio TOMORROW and the very first broadcast is one you don’t want to miss. I’ll be hosting and it’s going to deliver a punch of insider, unprecedented information from some of the world’s smartest people.

Do you want to learn from LinkedIn’s founder Reid Hoffman and ask about his secrets to success? Tim Ferriss? Guy Kawasaki? Chris Guillebeau? You’ll hear from them and many more. I know I’ve learned a thing or two from these people I call friends, but knowing what I know about how valuable their secrets have been, I would have given a limb to be able to ask them questions years ago.

Tim, your advise is always motivational and real. It is down to earth and that normal people like I can relate to. You have inspired me to do the things through your books that I thought only others could do.

Pretty simple really, the opportunity to be around some of the greatest entrepreneurs in this country for just an hour let alone 2 days would be a life changing event. It’s difficult to even predict the impact this could have on a personal and professional level. To learn and ask questions directly at the source is an opportunity few are able to experience.

My time is short. I did not find myself and become an entrepreneur until I was 50. It took running my credit cards up to their limit, but I made it and Hyperwear is standing ready to take the next stage as a great consumer fitness and wellness company. We need to be near inspiration and experience to build from here. Our next great product builds on science popularized by Tim Ferris’ 4 hour body and content and education is critical to make it work.
Would love to jump on a flight and absorb everything to be able to build a better company.

Hi my name is Rodrigo, I’m currently studying entrepreneurship in Mexico, and this is why I would love to join you in the event.

The reason, to be honest is quite simple, it’s people like you and the rest of the speakers of this event that in less than a year have turned my world upside down. I went on to study entrepreneurship with the idea of opening a restaurant, or some sort of store, even though my passion has always been in tech. Yet less than 9 months ago I got introduced to startup weekend and the concept of startups per se. Since then, my focus, hunger and scope have completely changed. Since immersing myself in the world of tech entrepreneurship I have had the chance of visiting Silicon Valley a couple of times, being part of StartupBus 2013 (second ever mexican bus), as well as being part of the Global and Social Entrepreneurship Week Challenges; I was also a finalist in a contest to work with Sir Richard Branson.

Yet regardless of all that, the deepest and most important change in paradigm that I have suffered in the last year is in my mindset itself. I used to be focused simply on success and favorable results, allowing myself to lose sight of true development. Ever since I got immersed in the “startup world” I have adopted a learning mindset, and that has made a huge difference in my life. I’ve gone from wanting to open a restaurant, to start learning how to code, how to analyse metrics and about great UX design.

Needless to say, it’s people like you that I admire and from which I can learn the most, in order to become not just a better entrepreneur, but also a better person. I’ve been a huge fan of many of the speakers for quite a while, especially Tim and Guy and I would love to finally be able to meet them.

Also, I’m turning 21 next week and this would be the greatest birthday present ever….just sayin´
