Transform your business with Secrets from Silicon Valley.
This event is more than a year in the works, thousands of hours of work from some very talented people, and more than a few sleepless nights on my own part. We are opening our San Francisco based creativeLIVE studio TOMORROW and the very first broadcast is one you don’t want to miss. I’ll be hosting and it’s going to deliver a punch of insider, unprecedented information from some of the world’s smartest people.
Just as Hollywood implies celebrity, Silicon Valley is synonymous with creative innovation. Attracting the greatest business minds in the world, SV is the world’s startup epicenter. This broadcast offers you direct access to the pioneering minds behind this powerful community. Whether your business is just you or employs fifty people, you’ll learn how to survive, grow, and thrive directly from entrepreneurs who have done it. Do you want to learn from LinkedIn’s founder Reid Hoffman and ask about his secrets to success? Tim Ferriss? Guy Kawasaki? Chris Guillebeau? You’ll hear from them and many more. I know I’ve learned a thing or two from these people I call friends, but knowing what I know about how valuable their secrets have been, I would have given a limb to be able to ask them questions years ago.
If you win the contest below, you can attend in person, but even if you don’t win, you can still get the entire knowledge base by >>> RSVP’ing right here under ‘sign up’ <<<< and then tuning in live. I would love to go to this event, like many others, to be inspired and to learn. That may be a simple answer but it’s the truth and I think it eloquently sums up my much larger feelings. I will also be happy to contribute to the great people there, like Chase, anything I can with my (limited) knowledge and experience.
I feel like I have all the potential in the world to do great things and give back. However I have been in a continual rut up until this point in my life. Many of it I used to blame on my circumstances but that’s a cop out and I’ve learned to stop doing that (with the help of some of the leaders that will be at “Secrets of Silicon Valley” and others). I have recently been empowered to take my life into my own hands. There have been growing pains (naturally) I’d love help getting through and this is a fantastic opportunity to address them. I have so many ideas that I sometimes lack direction and get stuck in a state of indecision. I also know I have much to learn about the business world despite my recent degree and this course will help me break through these sticking points faster. I signed up for this course on creativelive when I first heard about it and am very excited for this amazing opportunity. I’m also enrolling in a course run by Noah Kagan, a friend of some of the event speakers. I know I will do great things one day, being around these wonderfully successful people in person would be like a nitro boost.
I not only want to create a great business to better my own life but I also would love to have the money and freedom to make a positive impact on humanity. I would love to open a school for children with special needs for example and I know just the person to run it. Also, I would like to have more time (eventually), using the advice of Mr. Ferris specifically, to do more volunteer work.
I think it’s important to note that this prize would be for more than just myself, as it states that the winner may bring a friend. It’s certainly hard to find someone with such last minute notice and more importantly I would be hard pressed to find someone that deserves it more than those who have commented on this post so my first choice would be to bring one of the other entrants with me so we can double up on the entrepreneurial efforts and philanthropy (if the rules allow).
Of course, since the event is in SF I would also love to cure two big cravings I have. The first is for millionaires bacon from Sweet Maple. The second is for natural fresh made ice cream from one of my favorite small businesses, Smitten. If you haven’t tried these yet you’re in for a treat! (My treat if I’m so lucky)
I thrive on last minute adventures and would cherish the opportunity to break records in packing efficiency.
I bet you will need a more complete name haha
Daniel Christopher
I love a good long shot…
If you really want to make a difference to someone, I would be grateful if you’d consider me.
100,000 ideas, have barely scratch the surface but could really do with some support and this amazing opportunity would be a dream come true….
Think I’m OUT OF TIME 🙁
Have a great event
Amanda,
That’s what I worried about too but nobody was yet announced so it was worth a shot right?
Networking and inspiration are keys to develop as a person and help other people develop too. It is also a gateway to break through with what your passions are as we need each other to excel to higher levels in terms of how and what we can contribute to each others lives. I call myself a Journey Navigator, as I have lived out of a back pack for 3+ years, and have gotten to understand through studying and writing a book that uniqueness and our journey in life is meant to be understood and shared as we all have something we can share from our lives that has the potential to inspire other people.
I believe that being a part of such a compelling lineup of speakers that I will be able to grow as a person, gain knowledge and inspiration to help me break through with my message, as a writer, coach and speaker for kids and be able to a larger audience, because of the information and contacts that inevitably will be accumulated through two intense networking and information days.
It is a no-brainer to participate and a no-brainer to know that the outcome of such an experience will help myself, the people I meet and the world to become a better place as the bar will be raised during and after the event.
Thank you very much!
Even though I’m a little late with this post, I’m still going to give an effort and try.
And I think that’s one important characteristic that an entrepreneur needs to have: to do his or her best and whatever s/he can to get the job done. Obviously, it would be an opportunity of a lifetime to meet any of the entrepreneurs in this event. But more specifically, I would really like to pick the brains of two individuals, Tim Ferris and Spencer Rascoff. I would like to meet Mr. Rascoff because I believe he has some incredible insight in developing and implementing technology which he may be able to share with me. With regards to Mr. Ferris, I am a fan of his books and I have applied many of his recommendations to my life and running my startup. I bumped into him on the streets of NYC and I told him that one day I’d meet him after developing and launching my startup. Since we are similar in age, I think I can relate to him more and would really like to see what he thinks of my company and get some insight in what I can do to improve it. And, it would also be fun to see if he remembers me. Thank you.
After doing my creative thing for someone else for 25 years I finally have the chance to do it for myself, but it’s a big new world out there and it is so much different that the one I grew up in. With Social media and the internet being the storefront it’s hard for a brick and mortar creative to find a way in the internet age. With your help Chase I have found the path in this new age but I need more help in navigating through this tech jungle to make my way.Your Creative Live has shown me the path to take but I still need more information to use it effectively. Creative Live has been invaluable by giving myself the tools to become a creative in the 21st century. and the balls to do it. You have helped me start now help me continue.
