What Are You Going To Shoot Today?

Get out from behind the computer and shoot something you’ve been dying to shoot today. It’s easier that you’ve lead yourself to believe, it costs less than you think, and is more fun than you remember.

In fact, tell us all in the comments below what you’re going to shoot today or tomorrow or this weekend. Don’t be worried that someone’s gonna copy you, because it won’t happen. If you’re doing it right nobody CAN copy you.

I’ll tell you right now, in 10 minutes I’m going to begin shooting a music video and some stills today for Head Like A Kite.

But what are you going to do? Who’s got the huevos to tell us all? (Trust me this is for you, not somebody else. Just engaging your brain and writing the words is half the battle.)

I already spent some time shooting the low fog over downtown Seattle with the sun steaming through in spots this morning. At midnight last night I shot down on the Smith Cove tide-flats where a couple scrounging raccoons scared the hell out of me. Great times though.

I will try to find a creative angle while covering a charity football game between the local fire department and police department.

the town that I live in has its "light up" festival tomorrow night. I'm going to try my hand at some street shooting (still have a fear of strangers), as well as capturing some of the lights and store fronts around town.

This weekend I'm plan to find some random small stream in the Cascade Mountain Range and shoot some low to the ground extended exposure running water shots.

Chase, this weekend I'm shooting a personal work concept that blends parkour with high fashion. Putting a twist on a sport that is dominated by hoodies, tees, jeans, and sneakers.
