What Are You Going To Shoot Today?

Get out from behind the computer and shoot something you’ve been dying to shoot today. It’s easier that you’ve lead yourself to believe, it costs less than you think, and is more fun than you remember.

In fact, tell us all in the comments below what you’re going to shoot today or tomorrow or this weekend. Don’t be worried that someone’s gonna copy you, because it won’t happen. If you’re doing it right nobody CAN copy you.

I’ll tell you right now, in 10 minutes I’m going to begin shooting a music video and some stills today for Head Like A Kite.

But what are you going to do? Who’s got the huevos to tell us all? (Trust me this is for you, not somebody else. Just engaging your brain and writing the words is half the battle.)

I’m not gonna shoot something different per se – but today I’m constructing a utility stand out of mortar, a paint bucket and left over junk. I love making junk useful in my studio. I’ve been dying to try it. Now I’m gonna do it.

Today I'm editing the results of a model shoot from yesterday I finally pulled off after weeks of trying to set it up. Felt good to get through another shoot, although nerve wracking putting myself out there to manage such an event. I'm trying to get out of my comfort zone and stretch myself.

Just missed my little towns Holiday-madness, mightnight madness inspired night. But we've got snow being called for all weekend and a foot of it all ready on the ground, found a beautifully decorated church door I want to shoot, an outdoor theatre park gazeebo and some lit up water falls. I love shooting at night in winter, its so quiet, pristine and gentle. Tomorrow it is! Thanks for the nudge!

The show's logo is displayed on the left side, with "THE CHASE JARVIS LIVE" in bold black text inside yellow rectangles, stacked vertically. The right side of the image features a robotic figure, resembling a humanoid robot, meticulously working on a canvas. The robot is painting or drawing a grayscale portrait of a human-like figure. The robot's detailed mechanical components are visible, and the scene evokes themes of artificial intelligence, creativity, and technology. The background is minimal, allowing focus on the robot and its artwork. The composition suggests an exploration of AI's role in creative processes. Is AI the End of Creativity or Just the Beginning?
